StoreAlert Pro is a web application that pings public HTTP(S) storefront or checkout URLs, shows status in a dashboard, optionally sends Telegram/Slack alerts on Pro, and hosts an embeddable restock widget. It is provided as-is for business use.
You sign in with an email address. You are responsible for that inbox. Do not monitor systems you do not own or are not authorized to test. We may suspend accounts that abuse the API, scan private networks, or exceed fair use.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro activates when our webhook confirms a paid checkout for the same email you use to sign in. Canceling in-app stops auto-renewal; Pro features continue until the paid period ends, then the account returns to Free Starter. Refunds, if any, are handled by the operator through Stripe.
Checks depend on hosting, cron/workers, and the target site. A green status is not a guarantee of checkout conversion, inventory accuracy, or uptime SLAs. Scheduled frequency on a given host may be coarser than the plan entitlement until the operator configures a worker or external cron. Always use dashboard Ping for an on-demand check. We are not liable for lost sales, chargebacks, or downtime at third-party stores.
If you embed the widget, you must have a lawful basis to collect shopper emails (and optional phone numbers). You are the controller of those leads. Export them from the dashboard and honor unsubscribe or deletion requests from your customers.
No scanning of private, loopback, or link-local addresses. No using the service to attack, flood, or scrape sites. No uploading malware or attempting to bypass plan limits. Alert channel secrets must not be shared publicly.
The StoreAlert Pro name, UI, widget, and source remain the operator’s property except as assigned in a business sale. You may embed the published widget on stores you operate. Marketplace starters (Chrome / Shopify / WordPress) are optional expansion files, not a promise of live app-store listings.
We aim for continuous operation but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Maintenance, host limits, or third-party outages (Stripe, Telegram, Slack, your store) can delay alerts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding fees you paid for Pro in the 30 days before a claim. The free plan is provided without warranty.
We may update these terms and the product. Material billing changes will be reflected at checkout. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
Support is provided via the live site and the operator’s published email. After a business transfer, the buyer should update this contact.
